planning here is deeply integrated with the transactions and ownership structures our clients are already navigating. The team is tight, the matters are sophisticated, and the culture reflects that.

Job Details - 3+ years of trusts and estates experience at a law firm, with meaningful exposure to sophisticated
planning techniques - GRATs, ILITs, FLPs, or equivalent (required)
- New York Bar admission (required)
- Strong drafting background: wills, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration
- Working knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax law
- J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a meaningful plus
