Come join our RAMILY!Cooks - Cooking or prep experience preferred - Cooks are responsible for assisting the kitchen team in the overall smooth and accurate operation of our culinary programs.Dish Machine Operators – DMO's are responsible for maintaining a sanitary, efficient and organized dish cleaning area. DMO's can expect a high-volume work experience with the opportunity to provide the cleanest and most efficient assistance to our service teams to help them provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.We Offer:Flexible schedules for both part and full-time team membersFree meal each shift per RAM's shift meal programDiscounts on food and beverages per RAM's Dining Discount ProgramInsurance (medical, dental & life) as well as HSA (must complete 1 year of employment and work a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for benefits)Paid sick leave – accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked (per state law)Career and growth potentialWage Range: $16.28 - $24.00 with a tip pool**Tips are optionalJob Requirements:· Positive attitude· Food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert· Must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit for positions that require it· Good communication and personal skills· Ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet· Working as a team a must· Experience in high-volume preferred· You must be able to work weekends
